For property information New Milford has two resources.
Vision Appraisal contains the Tax Assessors Data. It will give you a history of property owners, prices the house has sold for and data on all the structures on the property. To access this resource, click the link below. Select Connecticut, then select New Milford, then select online database. From there you will need to create a user name and password, then you will be granted access to use the database as you need.

Tighe and Bond is the other resource. This website allows you to see the individual parcels and the abutting parcels. It also has a feature to get the name and address of all abutting parcels. There are no user names or passwords needed for this site.
